Flange Head, Half Hex Body Rivet Nut, A4 Stainless Steel
Gripmor type FLH-A4 316 stainless steel rivet nuts have a half-hex body and fit into a hexagon hole, this eliminates the potential problem of rivet nuts turning after installation.
The flange head style rivet nuts are particularly suitable for load bearing applications. The flange head acts to reinforce the hole and has excellent resistance to push out forces.
A4 (316) grade stainless steel is the most corrosion resistant grade used for fasteners with an increased percentage content of nickel and added molybdenum. The result is better resistance to aggressive conditions, acids and chlorides found in marine, coastal and some industrial applications.
